Hmm... tracked you down this way since I seem to be inept at spelling your last name... http://www.cbcdr.com/champ/search/files/Neil723S.cgi is the link to info for the retail spaces. I can't seem to find anything about the condos... indeed that site isn't exactly promising in that it says that condos are "tentatively planned

I can take the thoughts on where you want to be inregards to your living environment and try to find something for you that fits. Maybe not thsi building if their scrapping the idea or taking forever to even announce it. that said, when it comes time, iwould suggest renting the house out as it probably won't be a good time tosell for a few years.
