Human 2.0 is clearly about removing humans from the process. *sigh*

I've had such a more positive outlook on HR since our road trip with Nicola. Unfortunately there are far too few of her.

Ahh HR, I am firmly convinced HR shouldn't have KPI's as I suspect they tend to be implement new process X.
