A couple of weeks ago, I wandered into Fish Records in Glebe and found they had several DVDs severely discounted.

One of them was an INXS video collection.

And what I want to know is: why did nobody in the whole world ever tell me about the total eyebuggingly sinister bondage orgyfest that is the video for Taste ItHolyfuck

god, he was divine. the eyebugging video has him trussed up on the floor, arching, writhing as only he can. deargodinheaven, if i could just go back in time and ... and ... *tears at own clothing, hair, etc*

ooooh. mmmmmm. i'd loooove to see that. yeah, that's like my reaction to NIN's Sin video, with trent in spiky hair going around in a bondage gyroscope. let me at him!

btw, my son saw NIN a week or two ago locally. said it was a good show. he particularly loved the electronic mesh screen that was part of the show, especially during La Mer.

you should totally try finding it on youtube or sumfin. It's not glossy or anything which makes it even more disturbing, it really does look like a suburban fuckfest. All the more sinister. But yes, exactly the same reaction as Trent in the gyroscope, me too!! Oof.

Oh man, that's so great ... so envious ... i'd love to see NIN again ...
