Apparently, my guildies are now upset that our raid schedule "seems to revolve around" me. That's a big fucking laugh when we have 11 raiders to fill 10 slots, and there's at least four other people that we don't run without unless it's an emergency ( Read more... )

Well, do you have some particularly onerous schedule restrictions? Combined with Cap'n Tuesday-thru-Thursday, you guys could be turning raiding into a weekly Halo Night - which I can see people complaining about.

Not really. We do short raids Tuesday/Thursday nights, longer stuff on the weekends (always at midnight EST--which I'm in--because the majority of the guild is PST). The thing is, whenever we're scheduling the next raid, either I or the MT makes sure to ask "is this good for everyone?" and if it's not good with everyone, we reschedule, unless the person who can't make it specifically tells us to go ahead. So I'm just... confused.
(Not totally sure I get the Halo Night reference, though)
