My first reaction is: "Does this person know who Felicia day is?" The answer is very determinative to whether or not I will meet people. I have learned from experience.

Yeah but the problem with making a lawsuit happen is that they then have to publicly stand up in court and make a brouhaha about it, which could be dangerous. They need someone who can stand up to Darken Rahl Oklahoma.
