Oh, love this. So elegantly written.

But then she says it and drops Aquafina and hummus in his briefcase so he doesn’t subsist solely on a diet of cooling coffee and kebabs from the halal cart by the lobby.
Aww, she gives him food. I do find that very romantic, love how she really cares for and about him and wants him to be happy and healthy.

I love this fic, how it dances on the boundary of fluff and smut. Again, a gem. Thank you for sharing.

oh, thank you so much! i was leaning toward making it all smutty, but then their irrepressible cuteness ran away with me. i didn't think i was capable of writing fluff without veering into horribly cheesy territory, so i'm really glad you like!

I love the contrast between how he likes to do things (deliberately, savouring the experience) and how she likes to do things (quick, fast, hot and dirty).

Also, the ending made me laugh, because I can just imagine his thunderous expression.

thank you! i tried to keep kunzite very dry, very, um, "guy", very controlled and deliberate, since that's how i see the 21st century version of him (minus all that crippling silmil guilt). but it's hard when you're trying to get in his head, and not presenting him as others see him :)
