Oh that bites! I currently have no TV either but that's fine because I prefer to watch dvds on my computer but it's kinda sad to watch a faithful old friend just give up the ghost like that.

Yes, it is. And it so darn quiet here right now! I've got to have my son come over tomorrow to bring the 19 inch tv down from the bedroom and connect it to the dvr... but it won't be the same.

Thanks.

Thanks. You know, I love that big old tv.

Guess there's nowhere to go but up, huh?

At least my depression seems to have lifted a little bit, thank goodness.

Do they have Freecycle in Baltimore? If so, get on there and ask for a TV. On our Freecycle, people are always giving away TVs,even really nice ones, especially this time of year. Go to freecycle.com and see..... So sorry you are having such a hard time. How is the job going?

Yes, we have Freecycle here. But I doubt that anyone will be offering a tv as big as mine, plus there's the whole issue of getting it here (and the old one out, eventually.) But that is a good idea worth looking into.

WalMart was nuts Wednesday and Thursday! Argh. And I haven't started the new part time, temporary one that I posted about. I'm supposed to start it in early January. Thanks for asking.
