Guh. Ok, for realsies this time.

Beautiful update. You manage a bit of angst without making me want to rip out my eyes and scream. Massive kudos on that.

It's always fun seeing Ratchet as not the undisputed master of his domain, and you make him so sympathetic, it's beautiful.

Prime already begins carrying the weight of all of Cyberton on his shoulders. His big, broad, omg cart Ratchet off already on them shoulders...

There should have been smut. >3

Beautiful chapter. I love this look at our favorite mechs in the past, and oh, Optimus! Just want to snuggle him and then send him off with Ratchet for massive smexings to make it all better. Damn the council and their meddling ways. He is more than just a Prime.

And the Matrix HURTING. I so can see that.

That moment of recognition when Ratchet realizes that it is Orion is so sweet. And Jazz doing his chamberlain role *snickers* LOVE it when he sends the teasing mechs off to the brig, not that they are wrong about the heat Optimus is looking at Ratchet with.

Oh, I must agree, this chapter needed smuts, but my imagination supplied that all too well, and the tenderness at the end was beautiful.

Hoshii~ You and several others with the wanting of smut! *giggles* It'll happen, I swear. But! OP raises valid concerns about what happens when you bed a Prime, and not only about the Council. Enough to give anyone pause for thought before jumping right in, much as we all would love to see that happen. ;)
