This is a great fic and I look forward to each chapter. Your Ironhide is wonderful - great characterization. I am curious though (or maybe I'm just dense :p), has it been defined anywhere exactly *what* a Guardian really is? It's obviously more than just staking out the house. I read all the previous chapters but maybe I missed it somewhere? Or will we find out later?

The Jazz/Maggie story is great too. Jazz is so sexy! Very interesting fic all around :) Can't wait for the next part.

Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback! Ironhide is one of my favorites, I'm always happy to hear that the way I write him is working. <3

No, you are definitely not dense. You're right, 'Guardian' in Cybertronian terms means something more than the human understanding of the term. It hasn't been talked about, just a few mentions here and there. That's part of Sarah's confusion too. It will become clear(er) to her as the fic progresses (and to the readers, I hope). ;)

Wow, what a wonderful update! This story is always worth the wait.

I love all the couples, but Ironheart and Sarah have gained a special place in my heart and so I'm really happy to see there was plenty of them in this chapter. I'm sure I told you so before, but I utterly love how "alien" your robots are. This is really something movieverse brings across really well and it's done so perfectly in your writing. All the clicking and whirring, a scan or an extended energy field being as intimate as a caress...

Actually, that's another point, that sense of intimacy. Both between Jazz and Maggie (who I utterly adored, though they only had a cameo, you could really see how far they've come, how comfortable they are with another) and Sarah and Ironhide. How you manage to make Sarah not taking a step backwards so intimate is amazing, but somehow, you manage it and I love you for it!

*many blushes* Thank you, hun. I appreciate your feedback immensely. It's always wonderful to hear about what a reader picks up on, I sometimes feel like I miss a lot of my own story because I'm so close to it, if that makes any sense. But I'm delighted you're continuing to love it, and very happy to know that there's another fan of Ironhide/Sarah out there. It's a rare, but deeply loved pairing for me. *Hugs!!* ♥♥♥

Awk, I just realized I wrote Ironheart instead of Ironhide in my review *hangs head in shame* That happens when half your brain power is with giant alien robots and the other half stuck in the Middle Ages! :O

Yes, I've really come to like Ironhide/Sarah. For the longest time, I wasn't particularly interested in it, I cared more for Ironhide and Will, but yours and a couple of other stories with awesome Ironhide/Sarah dynamics changed my mind!
