What type of Dansko's did you get? Maybe you got the "Narrow Pro" instead of the "Professional". I wear Dansko "Professional" they're great on the arch and balls of the feet but not too crowded on the toes though, and I like the added height. The only problem is that the HEEL width is too narrow and i occassionally trip on my own ankles...
Yeah, they were the "professional" type. :( And I have narrow feet all the way around. ('A' width). They even had me try on a different pair, and I had the same problem. Just on one side, my right foot. *shrugs* I just need to find different shoes, I guess.
It makes me so angry that everyone else can wear Danskos and I can't! I really tried, too. And it's not that my feet are deformed, either, cause I go to the podiatrist and he's never said, "you have a hammertoe" or anything. I am so sad cause I'm back at square one. I'm wearing 2 year old sneakers as work shoes, and I need new shoes really bad!

I definitely couldn't handle 12-13 hour shifts - I don't know how you do it!
