Soooo... I got a bit carried away when I had a month or so solid of contract work from the end of February to the beginning of April and despite having other expenses I, naturally, bought a doll... *sigh*

Thanks! It's basically a pillow on my bed with some fabric behind him... It's my "hurry--take some photos" kind of back-drop!

Some day I'll actually have to do a decent shoot... when he gets more jewelry and maybe some clothes...!

I wish I could be a bit more original with my Soom boys, but I just love what Soom does with them, so I'll just go with that... Luckily, Soom does a great job with their Monthly Dolls... I would be watching the other Euclases as they come in and I just never got tired of seeing the default faceups and wigs and clothes...!

He is super cool! It sounds like you had to go through a lot just to get your new guy home to you. He's worth it, though! I love the faceup. His eyes especially look amazing. Congratulations!

It was odd, having to sort of Franken-dolly a full-set! But I was really lucky that I got most of the doll from one split, and then another person happened to be in the same split with more parts to sell... I'd have been more stressed if I were getting bits and pieces and never knowing if I'd end up with a whole doll!

The eyes were nice. I hadn't seen Soom's soft eyes before. But they were surprisingly pretty... and catch the light well.

Thanks! Although Soom does a pretty good job flogging their horrible doll-crack as it is! Agh! My poor bank account!!!

I need to get him a nice kilt and belt and jewelled collar and he'll be cooking. (or just a collar!-- except I'll have to find another photo site than Photobucket for that... the silly prudes! They want fig-leaves over everything. grrr.)

Yes, photoshop has acted up regarding naked dolls (fer gosh-sakes!) previously. And I know that people have found other hosts for dolly-pron. I'll have to check into them, I suppose. Although I usually don't post anything approaching controversial (so boring of me!).

I can probably find Egyptian style jewelry for him... I'm actually surprised that I don't have more I can convert from my own stuff already...

Sokaris is most likely waiting for my Sard, Araqiel... the Soom boys need to pose together! ^___^
