[Kasuka figures that if he's in the Veja faction, he might as well visit it. However, as the guide says that it's always raining there, he first goes and buys an umbrella using these 'drops.'

... Admittedly, he wasn't expecting to find Shizuo. And it looks like he's still as angry as ever--Kasuka was hoping that he'd have calmed down by now, but oh well.

Hi, Shizuo, have an umbrella over your head. Kasuka does kind of have to reach up to hold it over you, but you can't go around catching a cold, brother. :|]

[It took a second for Shizuo to realize that something had changed. It was only when he looked up at the umbrella and then down to the holder that his eyes widened a bit. Kasuka was the last person he had expected to see. Wasn't he supposed to be in Diadora?

After another beat of silence, he took the umbrella from his brother's hand and held it up for the both of them]
