Nope, he didn't. I actually joined european_union at first but decided to leave that community because all of the spamming he did. And I saw that there wasn't much "real" and intelligent conversation going on...

But europeanunion on the other hand seems to be a very interesting and an informative community with lots of cool people (even though I don't agree 100% with everything said) :)
