So, I was just looking at this:
http://www.sweet-charity.net and thinking that it's a fantastic idea. I love donating. I almost never throw things out, I just put them in bags, and when I have a bunch, I run them down to the homeless shelter. (Which has been on my mind because I actually keep the bags in the trunk of my car, and some guy backed into me last Saturday, and I was worried that the trunk latch wouldn't work anymore and all of my donation stuff would be stuck in there, but it's all good.) Anyway: I think donation is a great idea, and the way they do it is very cool.
But seriously? I would be terrified to sign up, because what if no one bids, you know? That's a very scary thing. But I admire the people who are out there supporting causes. That's awesome.
And, in conclusion, you know you're eating right when the box your dinner comes in says "Best if used by February, 2009."
My Supernatural question of the day is: What is Sam's worst eating habit? Or, in the alternative, what charity would Dean donate to?
If the question inspires fic, please leave a link here so everyone can go to your journal and read!
Also, since I feel like I never answer the questions myself: When Sam was seven, he refused to eat anything but hot dogs for six months. It drove John and Dean crazy. And then, one day, he just snapped out of it and acted like it had never happened. Which was actually just as frustrating as the hot dogs, but they didn't say anything because they didn't want to jinx it. Dean doesn't donate to charity as such, but in high school, he volunteered at a soup kitchen. He told everyone he was doing it to meet girls, but the only woman who worked there was old enough to be his grandmother.
