I've been meaning to ask you, is English a hard language to learn? Obviously I wouldn't know since I've spoken it since I was 1 1/2 years old or so. I've been told that it's tough however.
Most of my friends don't think it's a very tough language to learn. But there are people here who think it is. I don't really think it's very tough, probably because I watch BBC very often.
Recently, i have made the exact same thought about what my friends think of what i write etc. The point is i think keeping a journal and write is a very good way to relax, feel better and even free yourself from anything bad that may happens to you. It's nice to have few good friends who express their real feelings and opinions than hundreds where someone will laugh at you behind your back. I have read the D.Gray (one of my favorites) and listened it from Ian's play. *sigh*
I wonder who looks at mine too... they probably think I'm completly mad or always ill. I write for the fun of it, and lj is better than a paper diary which I used to keep because now I can enjoy the comments of friends and I can chat freely to you.
Your title reminded me that Mass Observation diaries are still going but I haven't registered. The last time I checked they wanted young men to join.
Mass Observation is the same as you saw in Our Hidden Lives, to collect a social picture of Britain and it seems to be successful. The contributors still receive "directives" on certain subjects. The one in October was either about sex, library buildings or hurricanes.....
*feels the sudden urge to run and hide* No just joking :P I read everything that you write too, I just don't always know what to comment. By I like comments so I often just comment some useless stuff :P

I didn't know they are still doing that Mass Observation thing. Why are they doing it by the way?
