All of my programs require a standardized test - either a state basic skills test (I'm in education) or the GRE - and so I'm only providing what they request. I would think that if your scores are good, it probably wouldn't hurt to post your scores even if they're not required, but I wouldn't waste the money sending official score reports.
Presumably you can make changes up until you submit the application. I have one that's weird where you can "submit" individual pages and then you're locked out of making changes, so just read your instructions carefully.
You're only applying to one program? Why so, if I might ask? Unless there is only one program that offers the program of study you are interested in or you are limited by being unable to move for grad school it is very unusual to apply to only one program. Most applicants apply to a number of schools to increase their odds of being accepted. Unless the program you are applying to has a very high acceptance rate you may be disappointed in the results of applying to only one program.
If the GRE score isn't required only submit it if your scores were really good, as others suggested.
