I'm applying to MSW programs and want to become a mental health therapist. From what I hear, going the social work route is smart because it is so well-rounded and opens up lots of job opportunities.

While I am not going for a school counseling, mental health counseling, or social work degree myself, out of your list I have heard the most positive reviews for the MSW program at Albany from those who were applying that had similar interests to yours. I know of 2 people who have gone there and have secured employment in their intended specialties after graduation(school social worker, or working with an agency). I have also continously heard that the the MSW program at SUNY Albany has the best reputation in the upstate region, even compared to bigger names like Syracuse.

Good luck! :)
