Etiquette for belated thank-you notes?

Back in December I had all my thank-you notes ready for mailing, but then real life stuff happened and in the confusion one card wasn't mailed.  I just found it today, still sealed and stamped.  Should I just send this note out, or should I write a new one since I've been accepted by two schools?
