My dream school likes me! (hopefully)

I have received an invitation for an interview at my first choice school. I am very exited (I even can't talk!). But I am a little bit afraid of the interview. I have never had one. What do they usually ask? How should I behave? It is going to be a Skype-interview, as I live outside the US ( Read more... )

Personally, I would do it as long as my voice was strong. If you find you have difficult speaking, however, explain the situation and ask to postpone. Skype's audio quality isn't always great anyways, you don't want to compound that by having a weak voice.

no dont postpone because the flu excuse is sooooooo cliche eve tho u really have it. anyways good luck on the interview they probably just wanna know about your research interests and they wanna make sure u didnt lie bout anything on the app! good luck!!!!!!!!:)

Woohoo! Congrats!

I don't have much helpful input after all this that's been said, but I'd say that as long as you're not being surprised interviewed by a phone call or something, you'll be just fine :)
