I'm moving to India, where I will backpack up to Tibet, China, across the sea to Japan, and pay homage to every shrine and temple I come across. I will buy rice for every beggar I meet and I will meditate at a Buddhist monastery. In the process I may meet government officials from said countries--they will be touched by my poetic abilities and abject poverty. I will invite them all to a summit and broker a socio-economic contract of Eastern powers, despite my utter lack of political knowledge (and the notable absence of Russia). Miraculously, there will be peace on earth and there will also be a sharp decline in the production of "Made In China" stickers... Maybe then I'll have accumulated enough good karma to try applying again. Maybe.
