got a 660q 440 v after studying for 3 months waaa. should i retake it? or work on other parts of my application. Im applying for a MA in IR to sais, sipa, gw, and gtown

Those are really competitive schools - honestly, I'd do both. (Only if you think you can better your GRE score significantly though - no point in taking it again to get essentially the same scores.)
