Remember, you're not interviewing them - they're interviewing you. Having some clue about their work and fields is good, since it'll show that you're prepared, but the main goal will be to talk about what you're planning to do, not listen to them talk about what they're doing. Since you're interviewing with people outside your major field of interest, I'd suggest preparing questions about cooperative work with your main interest labs, interdisciplinary work, and so on.
