Some schools get scores as a batch of electronic data from ETS. If Steinhardt is one of them, then they will receive your scores on the 29th.
If not...well I would think (or hope) that a Sunday deadline automatically becomes a Monday one. If you definitely aren't applying to the first department, you could try asking them to forward your scores. They won't be impressed, but if you aren't applying there it won't hurt.
I would contact the school and ask if they will accept a photocopied/scanned copy of your own report while the official one is on its way.
