For those of you who have done the interview weekends at schools before and have dietary restrictions, how well have schools handled your dietary needs? In theory it would be convenient to just not eat and then eat on your own, but that might be a little too eyebrow-raising...

Trust me, if I could get away with that, I probably would on a somewhat regular basis!

I'd really like to know too as I am vegan and am extremely lactose intolerant because of it (and restuarants are sometimes uncaring or oblivious enough to "sneak" dairy into dishes... I am so scared of eating out now unless I know I can trust the place)
