Hi all,

Can anyone give me any details about the interviewing process (e.g. what sorts of questions are asked) for biology (genetics) phd programs?

I've heard that if they invite you to an interview, you're basically guaranteed acceptance, and at that point it is they who are trying to impress you.  Correct?

They probably aren't the same, but I know this certainly isn't true for med school.
