For god's sake - it is not even a waste sales - it is a normal second hand business.
I just don't get how these Greenpeace guys braincells are working...

Read up on
WEEE
and the
Basel Convention
. Transboundary shipment of nonfunctional goods is illegal. There's a grey area in components for some parties, but not for Basel ratified parties to destinations outside of the OECD.

As I see from this movie that they ships semi-functional goods. Just that actual checking and packaging on the sender side is not worth it.
