May Travel plan booked.

Milano Component: Apologies for the evening arrival - but I really have to work that Monday in my office.

What do you mean about the Clarke? The event only lasts for an hour or two or something.

Sorry, I'm using the Oscars-Californian logic of naming the entire event for the most notable award associated with it. I am, in fact, talking about the whole enchilada of London's Sci-Fi offering, and the films that encompass the entire timeperiod in question.

Aha. The logic breaks down in this case because the Clarkes are probably the least notable part of it: Sci-Fi London has been going in its own right for years, and has only been hosting the Clarkes for a couple of them.

Anyway, they don't do passes of any sort - the festival itself consists merely of a lot of SF films being on at various cinemas in a short space of time, and a fat bloke shouting at you. Seeing the films is done in the usual manner, by buying a ticket for each one. And before you ask, yes, this is ruinously expensive. You can buy online, and this is pretty much very sensible for the popular films. Best bet might be for everyone to get together and hash out what we want to see - when people get back from Eastercon, or some time next week, or maybe even later.
