Mm, didn't read this earlier because it's crossover, but this is nice. I like how you matched instruments to characters, and how Eiji and Fuji got along. Eiji and Oishi being the Golden Pair here too is sweet, and I like that Fuji got less distracted because of Eiji :-) And Fuji already listened to Eiji playing is a nice touch.

Just one thing - what is up with Oishi? I can harbour a guess, but I think it'd be better if there's some more concerning his strange reactions.
