Damn! It ends happily and you STILL made me cry! But now I'll be able to reread The Playground without thinking in the back of my mind that Tezuka's going to die soon. nicely written as always.

LOL--something set in the universe, yes, but solo this time without atama_ga_itai, and it takes a while because ... smut demands a mood. ^_^

ahhhhhh...mono no aware desu ne...

i like the moments that you drew in the middle of their lives. a few lines that tell of growing old together, and what they did to enjoy themselves. lovely!

three apartments in a row. three men too proud to live together, ne? hee.

thank you. that made me angst in a happy way.

*laughs* Single-room apartments, and also because they are living below the radar. It's just ... not done, as my Japanese students say. I asked them what they thought of men sharing an apartment, and they all went "... it's not Japanese."

Awwwwwwwwwww...lol Tez left Fuji and Sanada sniping at each other in the afterlife? lol Now they have to get along. *snicker*

More more?

*laughing* They'd have to get along without Tezuka for a little while wouldn't they? In any case I guess they managed, since both of them showed up to take him home.

That means a lot from one of my loved Atobes! <3

*snuggles you* Sweetheart, that was it, happily-ever-after! Unless you mean in-between. <3

*wipes away happy tears* I liked Fuji and Sanada arguing. ^_^

I found it incredibly sweet that they climbed the Matterhorn together and a bit ironic that Tezuka was the last to go. But I mean it in a good way!! XDD

On his deathbed, Tezuka smiled suddenly, and lifted his hand in a welcoming gesture. "Hello again. I've missed you both," he said quietly to thin air.

Then he laid his hand down beside him, and closed his eyes forever. Loved this!

*snuggles you and loves* The Matterhorn was the first one I wrote. And yes, I KNEW Tez would be the last to go in the end--the twist of irony. That, and he would be the only one who wouldn't commit suicide after the others left.
