i left in my last nuvaring for way too long, my body apparently didn't like it too much, and then i didn't put in a new one in time, partly cause the cup and the ring hate each other. bc isn't much of a big deal anymore thanks to a certain someone, so i'm not worried about that at all...except

Oh Nuvaring! Who'd think there was a BC where the thing you were most likely to forget was not taking your daily dose of hormonal goodness?

the only problem is i don't have a reliable way of keeping track when to take out/put in a new ring.

i'm thinking about creating a menu item for macosx that does that, but i never got around to learning objc very well :(
