GOTO YOUR MOBILE PHONE WITH MOBILE FINDER AND DELETE A PARTICULAR FILE

/Private/var/mobile/Media/PublicStaging/*

or you can use AFP to login to the hacked phone and delete that crap....however your hacked phone speaks to the world....tell it to delete all the crap in there and you'll find the solution to deploy apps to the phone....
