Safari bug :(

If you haven't noticed thanks to the privacy nightmare that is Facebook Beacon, I posted a review of this music store on yelp. While writing said review, I resized the text field in a manner that would be more comfortable for me, only to run into the problem below:

Oh that is pretty annoying...
I get annoyed by the "resizable" things not resizing.. so e.g. vBulletin mod pane sucks in Safari 2 (as most of hte time doing stuff with 10.4 ... I installed Safari 3 and uninstalled it as Sogudi and Stand so were not there).. after going back to Safari 2 this issue started to annoy me... so I guess either way, Safari 2 or 3 ...

Hmm, stand doesnt work, that was one of my gripes but not so big. First it was the shittiness of saft on leopard (i eventually got used to it) and now its mostly down to gmail and most javascripty things not working at all when safari's been open long enough. I've found some mention of it on google but none of the solutions work :(
