Well, phew!! That was one rollercoaster of a ride, Faye.
I certainly don't feel sorry for the scare Maddie was trying to give Kevin; he was an arse, whatever way you look at it. Let's hope Noah gets to Luke in time to stop him doing anything too silly.

Um...is it terrible that I got a flashback of Uncle Buck wielding his trusty drill at Bug and had a little chuckle?

So glad you enjoyed the ride. Yep, Kevin deserved everything he got and more. I've never seen the movie Uncle Buck, but I've always wanted to see it. I'll definitely catch it the next time it's on to check out that scene :) Noah's character here was inspired by two of my fave characters on the TV show Scandal. Huck who gets a thrill out of using the gadgets in his tool box to get a confession out of people and Olivia who's the brains of the outfit.

Oh wow I am totally loving this Noah you are writing! He's sure is kicking some ass in this fic! Kevin got what he deserved! Good for Maddie doing that for Luke! Can't wait for next chapter now! X

Thanks so much. I can picture Noah with a crew cut, perhaps a scar on his cheek, and with a body hard as a rock. I've written chapter 3 and I just need to edit it :)

Wow, Noah certainly knows how to get people to talk. A bit cruel for Maddie to play that trick on Kevin. I'm not sure he deserved having a murder pinned on him. Thank goodness Noah got Maddie to tell the truth. Now let's just hope Noah finds Luke in time.

Wow! Corkscrew City lives on! I like this Noah and want to drop kick Kevin and the rest of them off into the nearest gully. Can't wait for the next chapter.

I love Noah as a menacing and sarcastic tough guy who also has another side. That side will be revealed in the next chapter :) Thanks for your review.

Ah another chapter so soon! Good to see you're not keeping us waiting, Faye!

I really like this Noah - you're writing him with a hard edge but with a caring side too. Let's hope he can get to Luke before it's too late and he does something stupid.

Thanks for your review. So glad you're enjoying my AU version of the Nuke story. Chapter 3 is finished and I'm working on chapter 4. I was going to end it on one holiday, but I got inspired to end it on a different holiday. I think it will be more symbolic that way :)

Poor Luke. Who knows what's going on in the head of that troubled young man. Will Noah get there in time? Stay tuned :)
