I'm not much of a fan of canon Reid, but I've found that talented writers like yourself can really make me like and sympathize with AU Reid, and you're certainly doing that here. You've given voice to his struggles beautifully, and I'm rooting for him to achieve the success he's worked for. I just hope he doesn't make a very bad mistake while Noah's out of town...
