Yes, in Bangalore. I've signed up on twitter long ago but the SMS confirmation doesn't seem to work, so I gave up.

I finally confirmed my phone number by sending an SMS to the international number but I don't intend to update using for obvious reasons. I'll get onto twitter when I find it 'cool' I suppose :)
