Good on you for making it to 5 minutes before gagging, I say. Just thinking about swishing sesame oil around my mouth makes me want to gag.

I liked doing it. I'll go back to doing it soon. It made my mouth feel super awesome, and really freakn' clean after a few days. I used almond oil, though. I did it in the shower. I never gagged on it.
