Very cute with the last line from James. Absolutely adorable with how they're enjoying their secret. It would be nice to see the Marauders' reactions.

Wow, you were quick!

Thank you. I think the Mauraders' reactions might come along before too long! I was just looking at the prompts and wondering which one might be best to use for it.

I'm procrastinating... LJ is lovely for procrastinating... ;)

Isn't it just! I can lose a whole day when Lj is behaving itself. Are you procrastinating from anything in particular, or just a general procrastination?

Oh, very sweet, as usual!

As soon as James picked up the book, I had a million possible reactions run through my head.

One of the best was an idea that someone used in a very long L/J fic a while back, that James (and Sirius, too) got completely hooked on the pregnancy book to the point that the two of them went on a campaign to feed Lily as many bananas as possible since the book connected bananas with having a boy. So silly...it made me crack more than a few smiles.

Thank you for saying it was cute. I'm really sorry it's taken so long for me to get my act together and reply to say so.

I can so see them feeding Lily bananas. I giggled at your comment as the day you left it I came in from work having listened to a conversation where one colleague told another that she should name her expected baby daughter Banana, as then she would be the most international baby in the world. The word banana, apparently, is virtually the same in more languages than any other word.

*grin* Excellent! Thank you. I always try for a good closing line, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I'm glad this one did.

Hahaha James' last line really cracked me up. :D The idea's really sweet. I'd love to see the Marauders' reactions as well. Great work and can't wait to read more!

I think you will see the Maurader's reactions. THough that one might spread a bit past the 750 word sort of average I've been working to. I'll need to be in the right mood for writing that, it needs to be huge bouncy fun.

Thank you for your words and many apologies for taking so long to reply to you.

Oh, I love them both. It's fun to think of them at a time like this--to think they had been happy before their lives were cut awfully short.

On a personal note, thank you as well for your time: in writing these little pick-me-ups, and for diligently going through your comments. :)

They had some happy years together, I'm sure. Only four or five, but some people don't get that. Not long enough with their baby though, not for him or them, or anyone. It would be nice to know a little bit more about them for sparking off stories - I wonder if I'll have finished my 100 by the time that book seven comes out and so have a bit more to work from. *ponders*

Isn't it ironic that the moment you congratulate me for the diligence in answering my comments I stop for a few days? I've had a few days where I've not had the ability to think. My head's coming back together a bit now though. Hooray for antibioitics!

Thank you, as usual, for being such a good friend.
