Honestly, speechless. Wow. You brought so much life into Minerva's character, I adored it. Sometimes it's hard to picture them as young adults... but, yikes. Dead on.
...Will you marry me? o_o

I've been thinking about this for a long time. It was one of the firm candidates for my NaNo this year, but it didn't form into my mind properly until later and I didn't want to 'waste' the idea on writing it without being properly prepared. It's taken me about a fortnight to write the introduction, but I'm going with the flow now!
Thank you for the proposal also. Will we have a long engagement?

That depends. Would you prefer a Winter wedding, or Summer?

I'm really thrilled that you enjoyed it, and to even think of someone squealing in fangirlish delight is more of a thrill to me than you can imagine! Thank you again.
I quite like spring and autumn myself. How about you?

Sad they never really talked, but you are brilliant!
Hope to read more from you, soon!

I wanted it to be an awkward situation between them. Minerva, as articulate as she is, doesn't have any role model for talking about such things (except for her friend Jocelyn) and Alastor is probably totally oblivious wanting to be an Auror first and foremost and hugely successful.
I'm glad you read it, and I'm really thrilled that you left a comment too. Thank you again.
