I agree with Jenny on Kaa, but I have a weird aversion to hypnotism. It made me really uncomfortable, even as a kid.
Um... Let me think, not freaky, but possibly scarring might be the Kokoum-John Smith fight in Pocahontas. It definitely made my campers a bit tense. Um... Oh! And 101 Dalamations, horribly paraphrased, "Drown them! Poison them! Bash them on the head! I don't care how you kill the little beasts, just do it!" because, puppies. ;_;
Pinocchio. All of it. Even the Blue Fairy scared me, though I like her now because of the Magic Kingdom's "Wishes" fireworks. For Hercules, when he goes to the River of Souls to pull Meg out. That's a little creepy. Sid from Toy Story! He's scary too.
And Nightmare Before Christmas. All of it. It scared me so bad when I was little! And Hocus Pocus, since I'm already talking non-traditional animation. I didn't see the end of Hocus Pocus and the fact that there was a reanimated corpse and three scary witches? Scared me, but now it's my second-favorite Halloween movie. Hocus Pocus beats out "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown."
