I'm sorry the puppy had to die. That's why I didn't name him. I have a hard time killing characters after I name them. But it meant Booth got to be cute! I like cute.

I'm glad you liked it. I'm more of the long, flowing, imagery-heavy sort of writer typically, but I wanted to try something new, and with a character like Brennan as the focus, I thought this would be as good a time as any.

it's definitely not wishful thinking! i don't think booth or brennan will never get over each other. they're epic. they'll try to convince themselves that they want what's best for the other, even if it's not them, but everyone knows they'll be together eventually. le sigh.
