I just went down my viewing list. Of course there's probably more, but it's all I could think of at the moment. I swear as soon as someone asks for suggestions my mind goes blank.

There have been several that were cancelled and some that could be considered already apocalyptic so I didn't add them.

Longmire would probably make a damn good one too, especially since they already live in the middle of nowhere.

it's cool if they're pre-apocalyptic, right? like there's supposed to be an apocalypse in the finale but it's probably going to get averted, etc etc? And in that case are we playing by the rule that the fic must have a different apocalypse from the one that's looming in canon?
