The day had been bright and sunny, and it made Cecily feel as though everything in the world was absolutely perfect. She had a fine morning, as it involved a nice stroll about the island and a good cup of tea. She had a good feeling that the day was going to be a good one. Jim hadn't quite buttoned his shirt yet after changing from being outside all day, and his hair was a disaster. Still, ever since he said he'd live with her, he knew she'd seen him worse.

"Yeah?" he said, poking his head in the room. "Yeah, what is it, Cecily?"

Spotting him, Cecily immediately ran towards him, wrapping her arms tightly around him and kissing his face repeatedly.

"Oh, dearest Jim! Of course!" She could hardly catch her words. She barely noticed his unruly appearance, for she was too consumed with glee. Her heart was beating quickly. She was engaged once more!

"Whoa, hey," said Jim, not quite pushing

When his excitement did not equal hers, she calmed a little a took a moment to look at him. Surely, had he been prepared for such an event to occur, he would be more clothed, or a least a bit more happy.

She felt the ring sitting on her finger, and she smiled again, "You are playing with me, are you not?"
