Today, upon waking, I coughed strenuously for the duration of several minutes and, upon much hacking and horking, I dislodged from my throat a large mass the size and consistency of an egg white, bright lime-green in color, which trembled in its tissue bed as though frightened. I felt as though I had given birth.
