I had so much fun writing this even if the whole time I wanted to hug Logan and let him cry on my shoulder. This might not be the Lilly portrayed but I have to believe there was a much softer and honest side to her, even in death. If you have anything negative to say about it you can seriously bite me - thanks

“I only ever called one person my boyfriend,” and he knew that was her way of saying she was sorry for all the things she’d done to him, for her affair with Weevil for fucking her father and all the other things he had yet to learn about. She never could come right out and apologize. It wasn’t her style and he would’ve crumbled if she had because then it wouldn’t be his Lilly sitting beside him and just the devil playing an evil, evil trick on him.

This whole paragraph broke my heart into little pieces. So beautiful.

Heartbreakingly beautiful is probably the best way to describe this. You've managed to give Lilly vulnerability while staying true to her character, which can't be easy because we saw so little of her this season.

This was just amazing. I love what you do with the characters, how you create stories that could very easily be seen on screen. Plus you don't shy away from keeping them wonderfully screwed up.

Thank you so much Lauren - you always give such great feedback. It’s greatly appreciated! I wasn’t sure if I’d ever write a fic that displayed Lilly as a main character. I was actually quite terrified she wouldn’t come off correctly because I wanted her to be vulnerable.

I felt like there was a small implication that she could be but we never really saw it. I just couldn’t believe that her feelings for Logan were just kind of there. I have to believe they meant something to her - even in death so I’m so glad you think I kept true to her.

Oh! Thank you - thank you so much! I try to write with the ideas and dialogue in my heard as if on screen because it makes it much easier to write them well. I’m happy you feel it could easily be seen on screen. I think RT should steal it. Although I’d breakdown in tears.

Guh. I'm a little choked up...I've always wanted GhostLilly to appear to Logan, but it hasn't happened yet on the show. This story fufilled that for me. So bittersweet and it hurts.

Awe! I think I cried a little writing it. Like you I’ve always wanted to see GhostLilly appear to Logan. I felt that was really a broken spot in this past season. I don’t think she could’ve appeared to Veronica and Duncan but not to Logan. Hopefully we’ll see something next season. I’m so glad this fulfilled that for you!
