An update

It looks like most of my livejournal is going to be friends only from now on. If you'd like to read stuff by me that is public, try APhoenix.ca.

Yeah, I hardly post anything public anymore. Which is a shame, really, because it was public posts that led me to meet people like you and famethrowa.

Yeah, agreed.

/me goes hrm.

What I'd really like to do is to add the RSS feed from my site to my livejournal, but still keep the livejournal going as is. I think that'll sate my needs.

/me goes off hunting for a solution.

A decent policy. I wholeheartedly concur with and endorse it.

I'm kinda betwixt and between on this one.

On the one hand, I'da never met you or Rune or a bunch of other folks if I (or, at the time, they) had a FO journal.

On the other hand, I find I'm doing more and more FO posting myself these days. I figure it's just part of the evolution of my life, including the internet component.

There may come a day again when I don't F-lock most of my words. In the mean time, I don't predict any grand announcements regarding FO writing vs open writing - just following what ever strikes me as appropriate at the moment.

Yeah, I know what you mean, and it's the biggest thing that kept me from doing that for a long time. That and the fact that some of my friends read my journal that don't have an LJ account.

But I thought about what I want to use the livejournal for... and it made sense.

Plus, I have, in all likelihood, met the cream of the inteweb crop. ;)

Well, apparently it's easier to do that now.

3 clicks and done. If I'd have had to do it all by hand... it wouldn't have happened.
