He had missed a day or two of running and had decided to come apollogize, he'd been trying to figure out how to get some charge into his dying electronics. It wasn't his forte of knowledge, but he figured it couldn't hurt to try. Of course as he had approached the slight fume of paint had caught his attention and made his brows raise. Just what was going on down here?
Hand's stuffed into his pockets as he made a casual approach before stepping to the side and behind the boy wonder so he could take a gander at the now painted door. A cheeky grin crossed his face as he spoke, "Don't forget the no-girls allowed sign."
Robin had glanced at Richard as he approached and flashed him a smile in greeting, continuing with the rest of the letters in 'Robin' in lowercase. He grinned at Richard's quip as he finished with the 'n', turning to face him. "No grown-ups allowed either. It's a very exclusive clubhouse." He took a few steps over to his painting supplies, rinsing out the black brush he'd used before and drying it on a rag, dropping the yellow brush into the jug of water in its place. He stepped back towards Richard and his bedroom door, eyeing the older man thoughtfully. "Missed you at the track the past couple mornings," he commented casually, juggling his brush and palette so he could roll up the sleeves of his jumpsuit. "What's up?" He knew Richard had been a bit out of sorts and was concerned for him; he hoped the man wasn't backsliding.

He was only teasing of course.
