About the Pancake House: no. They are internationally renowned, I believe, for their poor service. I believe it is a goal of theirs. Like, written in their mission statement. Otherwise, why would it be so consistently completely and utterly awful? It has to be intentional!

That's really sad, but also a relief that it's not just me! And to think, I initially vetoed Pancake House because of previous bad service, but then I reversed my decision out of laziness (everywhere else was much further to get to). NEVER AGAIN!
