Alright, for the AU where two nations' personalites are switched, we currently have in the DR:

Veneziano pervlvrindenial - Romano (none ;A;)

And so far the rest of the character swap goes as follows:
Russia - Belarus
Korea - Japan
Ukraine - Hungary
Latvia - Sealand (thanks for reminding me dear <3)
France - Germany (omg forgot about this)

and a slight change which means Sweden - Finland. (oh lol Berwald scared of small little Tino)
