Hey making a post here to ask a question. I was just wondering if this comm is still alive in LJ.

I don't think it's dead, nor do I think it's moved(and if it has, I didn't get the memo.) I think people are busy(I've been a bit busy, at least, and distracted by things, and most everyone I talk to who still plays here has been busy,) have switched fandoms, left LJ, and also a lot of people are having trouble with the new layout. Also, the mod went missing, it seems, which is a cause for concern. I'm pretty sure some of us are still here, just with varying reasons for not posting or tagging and stuff.

Or maybe that's just wishful thinking. /o\

Ah, I see. Mun was just wondering because of just how slow things have become here recently. And with the mass exodus to DW of biblical proportions. I just kind of jumped to conclusions. ^^'

I'm seconding the previous commenter. I'm sure there's other people around and I haven't noticed anything about it moving. Just people being busy, moving on to other places/fandoms, LJ being LJ, and so on.

Hm.... As far as I know, there's not "official" word on it. I never got word from the mods after sending them a PM to know what would happen here in the end, and I myself have been RPing more "freestyle" aka on memebells or comms like that so idk.

So yeah, I think it's more about LJ being LJ (with all the mess it implies) and people being busy. I know there's an alternate DR on dreamwidth but it hasn't been super active either.

Like the others said. IT should interesting having a second option on DW, for me, and there certainly there's more... life, but between Lj's... well, you know, and the probably change of fadom of many of us...
I don't know, I think we should at least try yo be active here.
