He is English, or, at the very least, from the United Kingdom. Thus, when there is warm, properly brewed tea sitting out somewhere? He will find it, mark his words. Though he looks a bit embarrassed when he sees that his tea perception has led him to someone's party.

"Ah! I apologise, miss. I didn't mean to intrude."

"It's alright, Herr England. I've plenty." Did she make scones? Now she can't remember. Well, hopefully he'll enjoy the other cakes and candies she's gathered. "I always enjoy having tea with you."

Have another curtsy.

"...I beg your pardon?" He's rather new to HQ, and thus hasn't gotten the whole 'most people here are countries' talk yet. "I don't think we've met..." And his name certainly isn't England. He blinks in confusion, but doesn't want to say such a thing aloud.

She tilts her head, blinking. "I...You aren't England? Just Mister Kirkland?"

And then she turns bright read and ducks her head. "I-I'm sorry! I shouldn't have assumed so much. Please forgive me!"

She pulls out a chair for him, trying to find something to do. "I am the Principality of Liechtenstein. We are a little nation nestled between Switzerland and Austria. I get a lot of skiers and business men, so tourism is a lot of what makes my income."

Apparently, this is something she's had to practice often. North and South American countries often forget her, so she has to do this when her brother takes her to really big meetings.

"That would be correct." Though that doesn't quite answer how she knows his name, up until she introduces herself, and at that point he thinks he might understand. Except, didn't she just say she was a country?

Before he can think better of it, he reaches out and gently pokes her, both with his finger and his soul. She doesn't physically feel like a piece of land between Switzerland and Austria. Her soul, on the other hand... is quite different.

"Oh!" She jumps slightly at the poke, pouting at him. Her soul is...older than her body lets on. Years of history, memories of ancient roads and tall men with long blonde hair. "Mr. Kirkland. I would appreciate being asked before you start invading my borders!"

"I apologise!" She makes a poke sound so indecent. He feels like he should be ashamed of himself. In fact, it really isn't gentlemanly at all to touch a lady in such a fashion.

"...I'm sorry." She blushes, looking down at her feet. "Just...whatever you just did felt odd."

"I-it was nothing. I certainly wasn't... um... invading your borders." A deep blush rises to his cheeks, and he stares downwards as well, muttering lowly, "God that sounds indecent."
